Thoughtful Design, Technical Execution.
As first-time exhibitors at A+A, it's only right that we pulled out all the stops to present our core product capabilities. We set ourselves the task of developing 3x head-to-toe ranges to display a wide spectrum of manufacturing strengths and product areas. These included 4-way stretch work trousers, performance tops, outerwear, waterproof garments, and hi-visibility styles; each developed with a focus on functionality, comfort, and modern styling.

Concept to Reality.
The collection was developed across three distinct ranges, each designed to meet different end-user requirements while maintaining a consistent design language.
Core focused on dependable, hard-wearing workwear, using a durable TC fabric made with recycled polyester fibres and BCI cotton.
Flex offered a premium range centred on comfort, mobility, and contemporary styling, incorporating high-stretch performance fabrics, ergonomic construction, and modern silhouettes.
Hi Vis combined certified visibility with a more refined aesthetic, featuring updated fits, innovative reflective solutions, and technical fabrics that improve comfort without compromising safety.
Spanning a total of 30 styles, the collection included everything from 4-way stretch work trousers and performance base layers to waterproof outerwear and hi-visibility garments. From fabric selection to trims, hardware, and branded details, every component was chosen to enhance performance, durability, and wearer comfort. The result is a cohesive collection engineered for the demands of modern working environments while demonstrating Lyfcycle's ability to develop complete, commercially viable product ranges from concept to production.

Our in-house design team managed every stage of the development process, transforming initial ideas into production-ready garments. The project began with concept boards, colour direction, and silhouette development before progressing into detailed CADs that defined construction, panel layouts, branding, trims, and functional features. Each style was supported by comprehensive technical packs, including graded specifications, bill of materials, construction details, stitch and seam requirements, measurement charts, artwork placement, and manufacturing notes to ensure consistency throughout sampling and production.
Working closely with our sourcing and manufacturing teams, designs were refined through development to optimise fit, functionality, and commercial viability. The final collection demonstrates how integrated design, technical product development, sourcing, and production expertise come together to deliver high-performance workwear—just as we do every day for our trusted partner brands.

Engineering Tomorrow's Workwear
Alongside the collection, we showcased one of our latest material developments—a weatherproof fabric constructed from 100% natural fibres and finished with a plant-based waterproof treatment. Developed to meet EN ISO 24232 for waterproofing and breathability, the innovation demonstrates how technical outerwear can be engineered with a reduced reliance on synthetic materials. The first-of-its-kind jacket is set to launch with one of our partner brands soon...keep an eye out!
